Caroline is a highly experienced Senior Dental Nurse with a career spanning over two decades across both NHS and private dental practices. She brings a broad clinical skillset, having worked extensively in the UK as well as overseas, including supporting the MOD in Germany. As an extended duties dental nurse, Caroline is trained in implant nursing, impression taking, intraoral scanning, and model casting, and is known for her calm, professional approach to patient care and team support. Alongside her clinical expertise, she has strong leadership experience, mentoring junior nurses and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of busy practices. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending quality time with her family and her cats.
