We are delighted to be able to offer you the Forfar Dental Care Maintenance Plan.
Included in Plan Fee
The monthly fee for the Membership Plan is £19.50 and includes the following:
Two Dental Check-Ups a year
Two Dental Hygiene Treatments a year
Clinically indicated small routine Dental X-rays
Emergency appointments within practice opening hours
15% discount on routine dental treatment like fillings, crowns, root canal treatments, veneers and dentures
10% discount on tooth whitening
