Your dentist may ask for payment in advance or to pay as you go along through your treatment plan, and deposits will be required for longer appointments and some treatments. They can also charge a patient if they fail to attend an appointment without giving due notice.

We understand and appreciate that things can happen last minute however the following is enforced with no exceptions; to provide us with one full business day's (Monday-Friday) notice, OR failure to attend for a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation or no-show fee. This fee will depend on clinical time lost.

Your dentist can terminate your treatment if you miss your appointment without letting the dental surgery know. Multiple no-shows will lead to you becoming de-registered as a patient from our practice.
